Regional Business Development Manager

The Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) is responsible for directing all business development activities within defined market segments and territories to promote additional business opportunities for ensuring the company’s business growth year on year.

Its primary duties are identifying and developing new business opportunities through corresponding with new potential clients when they are seeking information on the products and services the company provides. The RBDM also responds to RFP's, tenders, and develops sales in new sales territories.

SVP Private Equity


The Client is a regional private equity fund focusing on five key sectors: food and agriculture, healthcare, consumer goods, education and urban sustainability.

The primary role is to evaluate investment opportunities in Thailand by conduct in-depth and comprehensive due diligence which includes business understanding, financial modelling and commercial due diligence required for investments in an illiquid asset class.

Lead the negotiation and execution of investments - negotiation of investment terms and equity/hybrid instruments documentation
Conduct primary research on targeted sectors and markets, develop a pipeline of potential leads, and screen incoming deal opportunities

The candidate will have five to 10 years in-depth experience in any or combination of direct equity, cost accounting, corporate financial reporting, corporate finance or investment analysis with proven leadership skills.

Proven operational experience in leading corporates involved in core economic sectors will be a strong advantage.

Sound working knowledge and solid technical skills including financial modelling, cost accounting, valuation and/or investment analysis

Financial Controller


The company is a part of a US Science & Tech conglomerate supplying dental equipment and consumables to hospitals and clinics in Thailand with over 1,000 customers in Thailand, mostly hospitals and clinics, via a mix of direct sales and distributors.

Responsible for overall finance, accounting and compliance for the company in Thailand. Manage financial performance, month-end activities and financial management/statutory reporting. Lead the local accounting team to ensure accounting department procedures and activities are in line with company objectives and all compliance requirements.

Own forecasting and budgeting processes, including analysis of monthly, quarterly and yearly financials, operational results and ad hoc requests.
