Global Chief Operating Officer

The Company: manufactures and distributes plastic packaging products, with manufacturing plants in Thailand, India, Mid East, Malaysia and the Philippines. The company offers injection, extrusion blow, and pet moulding, as well as in-mould labelling, and combi cup.

It is building a multi-country manufacturing platform across Asia and the Middle East, with a clear ambition to become a USD 1bn+ business.

The Role: has a very clear mandate namely to build Build a World-Class Operating System

The mandate is to Identify and place a leader who can design, implement, and enforce a single operating system across TPAC globally, with immediate impact on quality, productivity, and execution discipline. This is a build-and-enforce role

Minimum Requirements
1. Multi-Plant, Multi-Country Operator
• Has led operations across multiple manufacturing sites and geographies
• Comfortable operating in emerging market environments
2. Proven System Builder
• Has built, scaled, or rigorously enforced a structured operating system
• Examples:
o Danaher Business System
o Toyota Production System
o Tier-1 automotive operating models
• Can translate system thinking into daily plant-level execution

3. Deep Manufacturing Credibility
• Has operated at the level of:
o machine performance
o cycle time
o process capability
• Can engage plant teams with credibility — not theory
4. Quality-First Mindset
• Track record of driving down defects and customer complaints materially
• Has led real quality turnarounds, not incremental improvements
o Danaher / Fortive / similar systems-driven organisations
• Proven track record of:
o OEE improvement
o Scrap reduction
o Productivity gains
o Cross-site standardisation
Strongly Preferred (But Not Mandatory)
• Plastics / injection molding / packaging exposure
• High-speed, high-volume manufacturing environments
• SAP or ERP-enabled operations

The Opportunity

The Role
Serve as the champion of the company’s values and culture, fostering an inclusive and engaging environment that reflects our mission and vision.

Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, providing insights and recommendations that drive organizational performance and employee engagement.

Design and execute comprehensive programs that enhance the employee experience, ensuring that all Nimble employees feel supported and valued throughout their journey.

Manage all aspects of People Operations, including: Visa and work permit applications for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Overseeing employee benefits such as social security, health insurance, provident funds, education allowances.

Maintain a strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all HR practices are compliant and up to date.

Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources and/or People Operations role.

Experience in retention management, and employee relations are essential.

Good knowledge of Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Thai Labor Law.

Good experience in Visa and Work Permit for foreigners processes is a strong plus.

VP Relationship Manager

We serve international blue-chip corporates looking to expand operations in Asia, China and Thailand in particular; as well as Asian corporates seeking opportunities outside their natural borders. Our core services are strategic and M&A advisory.
Responsibilities:
• Establish, nurture, and sustain network of strong executive relationships with current and new clients and strategic alliance partners (Thai, Chinese and Western)
• Build and grow the funnel of opportunities, leverage existing services and lead expansion into our target accounts, increase revenue and market presence (new customers, markets, and industry developments)
• Ability to recommend and advise clients on cross border investment opportunities
• Team leader in execution of M&A or strategic advisory projects
Qualifications, Experiences and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other fields
• Master’s degree preferred but not necessary
• 7-10 years’ experience in finance, banking or consulting, if related to Thailand and China market will be more advantage.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese at least HSK Level 4.
• Strong analytical and financial skills
