Compliance Director. Asset Management Vietnam


Working for an asset manager focused on SE Asia, with global investors and incorporations. The Director, Compliance will work directly with the Compliance Team to support the development, review, and production of policies, and guidelines, which are required to facilitate compliance with regulatory obligations, to ensure training of staff in compliance matters and to ensure compliance with regulations. Head of FP&A to become CFO


An international pharmaceutical company is seeking to appoint a Head of FP&A as part of a succession plan to take over the CFO role in 12-16 months. The lead in time will enable the candidate to have sufficient time to learn the nature and complexities of the business prior to the hand over. The candidate should have a minimum of five years finance related experience in the pharmaceutical sector and will need to be able to demonstrate leadership competencies in handling scale and complexity as well as having a very strong commercial mindset.
